"This was my first experience with Mallory Partners. They approached me via LinkedIn, and I had an initial conversation with Lauren about the nature of the role, and whether there might be alignment with my experience and aspirations. I then had a follow up call with both Lauren and Martin. Both sessions were very helpful, in the second call we went into much more detail about organisational culture, something that is very important to me and I appreciated Martin and Lauren’s frankness to help me understand whether there was a genuine fit. I felt well prepared ahead of each interview; they gave me a lot of detail about the organisation and who I was going to meet, offered good advice about what to expect and prepared me for likely questions. At every stage they also followed up extremely quickly, sometimes within minutes of the interview and I felt they were very on the ball and responsive.

“You often find that recruitment consultants try to push you into roles if they think you are a strong candidate. I never got this impression from Mallory Partners. I did not want to be ‘sold’ a role and I felt they were very open and honest about the opportunity, recognised the importance of an alignment of values and made sure it worked on both sides, getting the most out of the process for not only the client but also for me as a candidate. You sense they genuinely want people to be happy in the roles they place them into. Having been here for a few months, the role is exactly as they described, and I love it."
