Acoura, backed by private equity firm Canter, is the UK’s fastest growing provider of risk services for the food and drink supply chain.

Mallory Partners was engaged by Chairman Paul Egan, following a recommendation by another client, to identify a Managing Director to serve on the main board of the firm looking after their Food Service, Hospitality and Leisure division.

This was a highly specialist role, combining in-depth experience in the sector with an entrepreneurial flair to help the business develop to the next level of performance. Mallory Partners quickly grasped the nature of the business and what was required of a successful candidate in this niche field and used their networks to identify a strong field of potential candidates, all of whom were interviewed and tested prior to meeting with the Chairman.
