With around 1,000 employees caring for more than 150,000 patients a year, Healthcare at Home is one of the UK’s leading providers of home healthcare services.

Mallory Partners was engaged by HR Director Lorraine Nicholls to source an interim IT Director to support the business during a time of change.

The team worked to understand the challenges faced by the business and both the technical skills and adaptability required in the right candidates. They also focused on creating a compelling enough brief and package to attract premium talent from across the sector in the UK to the role, which is based in Burton on Trent. Within a matter of days they placed a candidate, who continues to flourish some nine months on.
